Q: What is the difference between Holistic Counselling and Counselling?
A:Holistic Counselling is an approach which helps clients to heal by taking the entire person and there life experiences into consideration, an assessment and treatment of mind, body, spirit and emotions to facilitate wellness. The difference between counselling and holistic counselling rather than treating just the symptoms, a holistic counsellor goes deeper and tries to uncover the underlying issues.
Q: What does a Holistic Therapist do?
A:Holistic psychotherapy focus on the relationship between mind, body, emotions and spirit, attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas of there lives.
Q: How many Holistic Counselling sessions are needed?
A:A recommendation of 3×10 sessions depending on each individual and there issues.
Q: Can I claim Holistic counselling session from medicare or my private health fund?
A:No there are no government rebates for Holistic Counselling through medicare or private health funds as of yet, although you can claim through (NDIS) National disability insurance scheme if you are eligible.
Q: Are all Holistic Counselling sessions online?
A:Yes all sessions are mainly online. Phone or video chat are welcome if you have no access to a computer.
Q: Is Holistic Counselling similar to a Intuitive Reading?
A:No Holistic Counselling is based on a treatment plan and an assessment of a clients mental health and emotional wellbeing. An intuitive reading is spiritual and psychic guidance of one’s past, present and future.
Q: Can I combine Holistic Counselling with a Intuitive reading?
A:Yes, each session can be facilitated together or separately. I use my training combined with my intuitive gifts to help clients to uncover deep subconscious thoughts, patterns and trauma that maybe holding them back in life.
Q: What age can I have an intuitive reading?
A:Intuitive readings are for Adults 18 years and over. ID must be available if necessary.
Q: Are Intuitive readings via phone or video chat the same as someone seeing you in person?
A:Yes Intuitive readings are the same over the phone, video chat, online, or whether you see me personally, all my messages are channeled from spirit, it does not matter where you are situated in the world, I still get the messages.
